Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • The item must be in the original, unopened packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

For Bulk Wholesale Returns

  • Pack cases into an outer shipping box.
  • Do not place shipping labels directly on product cases.
  • Only full, unopened cases will be accepted.

For Non-Wholesale Purchases

  • Packaging must remain unopened.
  • Opened items (e.g., palm leaf plates or bowls) cannot be returned.

Refund Process

Once your item is received, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.

If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

Refunds usually appear within 5 working days, depending on your card issuer.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items are final and non-returnable.
